Questions & answers

Everything you might be wondering.

Honest answers to what churches ask us most. Still unsure? Just ask, there’s no pressure.

How long until our new site is live? +

You’ll see a real first design within about a week of sending us your materials, and most churches go live in 2 to 4 weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly you can gather your content, we do the heavy lifting to keep things moving.

What do you need from us? +

Your logo (if you have one), a few photos, your service times and location, a short “about” and what you believe, and staff names. We’ll send a simple checklist so nothing slips, and we’ll help shape the wording where you’re stuck.

Do we own our website? +

Yes. Your domain and your content are always yours. We build and care for the site on dependable, widely-used technology, and if you ever leave, you keep everything and we hand it over cleanly.

What if we want to cancel? +

Your first year is a simple 12-month plan, billed monthly. After that it’s month-to-month, cancel anytime. Either way, your domain and content stay with you.

Is there really no build fee? +

For our founding churches, yes. The build is included when you start a plan, in exchange for your honest feedback and a testimonial. Plans are a 12-month commitment billed monthly, then continue month-to-month.

What does the monthly fee cover? +

Hosting, security, backups, software updates, and your content edits. Everything that keeps your site fast, safe, and current. It’s the “care” that stops sites from going stale.

What if we want changes after launch? +

Just email us. We make edits within your plan’s window: about 2 business days on Foundation, 1 on Growth, and priority next-business-day on Partner.

Do you work with our giving provider? +

Yes. Tithe.ly, Givelify, Pushpay, Subsplash and most others embed cleanly. You set up and own the giving account itself (it’s tied to your church’s bank and tax details) and we handle the website side. No account yet? We’ll help you choose.

Can you run our livestream? +

We embed and display your existing YouTube or Facebook stream and build your sermon archive so it looks great on your site. Operating the broadcast itself (cameras, audio, switching) is separate AV work we don’t handle.

Do you write the content for us? +

We’ll polish and arrange what you give us, and help with wording where you’re stuck. You know your church best, so the heart of the content comes from you.

Where are you based? +

We’re a remote studio serving churches across the US by video call, email, and WhatsApp. You’ll always work with a real, named person who knows your church by heart.
