Who we are
Outreach Rebuild designs, rebuilds, migrates, and maintains websites for churches, and provides ongoing “website care” so churches don’t have to manage the technical work themselves. You can reach us at hello@outreachrebuild.com.
Our services
- A free, no-obligation website audit.
- Designing and building (or rebuilding/migrating) your church website.
- Ongoing maintenance and care (updates, edits, backups, and support) under a monthly plan.
Plans, pricing & billing
Our care plans are billed monthly (Foundation, Growth, and Partner tiers, as shown on our website). Your first year is a simple 12-month plan billed monthly, there is no large upfront charge. After the first year, your plan continues month-to-month. Founding-church offers, where available, are described to you directly before you sign.
What’s included & revisions
The work included depends on your plan and is described in your Service Agreement. For your initial build, we include a focused set of revision rounds so we can get it right without the project dragging on. Ongoing edits after launch are handled within your plan.
Your part
- Providing your content and materials (text, photos, logos) and timely feedback, this is usually what determines how quickly your site goes live.
- Owning and maintaining your own third-party accounts where applicable (for example, online giving and livestreaming). We integrate and embed these; the accounts remain yours.
Ownership
You own your domain name and your content. We want you to feel secure: if you ever decide to leave after your initial term, you keep your domain and your content.
Our guarantee
We don’t go live until you love it. You’ll see a real, working draft of your site and approve it before it launches.
Cancellation
Your initial term is 12 months. After that, your plan is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Any specifics that apply during the initial term are spelled out plainly in your Service Agreement before you commit.
Payments
Payments are made through the methods we agree on (such as PayPal or Wise). If a payment is significantly overdue, we may pause work or service until it’s resolved, and we’ll always communicate with you first.
Third-party services
Your website may rely on third-party services (such as hosting, plugins, giving platforms, or streaming tools). Those services are governed by their own terms, and we’re not responsible for their availability or changes they make.
Service “as is” & liability
We provide our services with genuine care and professional skill, but to the extent permitted by law, our services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the month the issue arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, unless your signed Service Agreement states otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update this overview from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes. Your signed Service Agreement remains the controlling document for your engagement.
