- Communications. Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, or our website form, so we can respond and keep a record of our conversation.
- Basic technical data. Standard information your browser sends when visiting any website (such as general device and connection information). We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

- To prepare and send your free website audit.
- To respond to your questions and communicate with you about our services.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the websites and care plans we deliver.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only as needed to do so:
- Website & form hosting (Netlify), hosts this site and securely receives form submissions.
- Email (Zoho Mail and Google), used to receive and send our email.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law.

This site uses only essential cookies needed for it to function and to protect our forms from spam. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

International note
Outreach Rebuild is operated from the Philippines and serves churches in the United States and elsewhere. By working with us, you understand that your information may be processed in other countries.
Children
Our website and services are intended for churches and their representatives, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
